We will ask you a few simple informal questions and give you an indication of the sort of price we would be able to offer for your property. If you wish, we can discuss your needs and how best to meet them.
The next stage would be to arrange a visit (which can be the same day if needed). No need to clean, tidy or renovate as we buy property in any condition.
We will then make you a formal offer in writing on the same day. It will ‘usually’ be between 65% to 75% of Open Market Value. However, in some circumstances, we can actually offer the full open market value. We will even look at property in negative equity. Read more…

We will even talk to your mortgage company on your behalf if you wish.
