The next stage would be to arrange a visit (which can be the same day if needed). There is no need to clean, tidy or renovate before the visit as we buy property in any condition.
We will then make you a formal offer in writing the same day. The offer will eusuallyf be between 65% to 75% of the Open Market Value. However, in some circumstances we can actually offer the full open market value.

The purchase normally takes 3 to 4 weeks and for most people this is sufficient time to organise their move. However, if the sale needs to be done quicker, then it can be done in under a week.

For those who have financial difficulties we can provide immediate debt relief by paying ongoing costs like mortgage and council tax payments etc until the property is sold. We will even talk to your mortgage company on your behalf if you wish.
